INURO LEGAL
Content License
1–3. Scope, ownership and licence grant
The License governs creative resources made available through Inuro by RV Ventures AS, including fonts, textures, graphics, shapes, decorations, templates, effects, presets and other creative resources (“Inuro Content”). Content may be assigned to Free, Studio or Pro. Inuro Content remains property of RV Ventures AS or applicable licensors. Users retain ownership of their original creative contributions. While an account has the required plan, RV Ventures AS grants a limited, non-exclusive licence to use applicable Inuro Content through Inuro to create Finished Works, including personal and commercial use unless a resource states otherwise. No additional royalty is owed merely because a properly licensed Finished Work is used commercially.
4–6. Finished Works and plan changes
A Finished Work is an exported creative work in which Inuro Content forms part of a larger composition rather than acting as a substitute for the underlying resource. If legitimately exported while the account had all required entitlements, the right to continue using, distributing, publishing, displaying, selling and monetizing that Finished Work does not end merely because the subscription later expires, is cancelled or is downgraded. Continued rights to a Finished Work do not grant continued access to underlying premium resources inside Inuro. Editable projects remain subject to their current dependencies.
7–8. Entitlement verification and licence records
Inuro may verify resource dependencies and the highest required entitlement at export. A Free account cannot export Studio-dependent content, and Studio cannot export Pro-dependent content without the required entitlement. Try Inuro (Guest) does not provide export. Verification is designed not to require inspection of the visual content of private artwork. Inuro may generate technical licence records containing identifiers, timestamps, entitlement, resource IDs, dependency hashes and cryptographic integrity information, without storing a copy of the Finished Work.
9–11. User Assets, provenance and sharing
User Assets, Brand Profiles and other reusable resources may retain dependencies on Inuro Content. Incorporating Inuro Content does not convert it into user-owned content. Provenance and licensing metadata may include creator/account identifiers, resource IDs, timestamps, dependencies, entitlement and cryptographic signatures. Creator information establishes provenance but does not lock a shareable resource to the creator’s account. Supported User Asset and Brand Profile files may be shared. Sharing does not transfer the creator’s subscription or entitlement. The receiving account’s own entitlement determines whether dependent Inuro Content may be used or exported. A Free recipient may possess/import a Studio-dependent Asset but cannot use or export the Studio-dependent content without the necessary entitlement or permitted removal of the dependency.
12. Restrictions
Unless expressly permitted, users may not sell, sublicense or redistribute underlying Inuro Content as a standalone resource; extract it for independent redistribution; make it available for others to download; redistribute it as competing asset/font/texture/template collections; claim ownership of underlying Inuro Content they did not create; remove/falsify protected licensing or provenance information; circumvent entitlement controls; or use one account’s entitlement to provide unauthorized premium access to another account. These restrictions do not prohibit ordinary sharing of supported user-created Asset or Brand Profile files.
13–18. Client work, merchandise, trademarks, fonts and third-party/user content
Users may create Finished Works for clients, and clients may use properly licensed Finished Works without an Inuro subscription merely because the work contains licensed Inuro Content. Editable premium-dependent Inuro resources require the recipient’s own entitlement. Inuro Content may be incorporated into larger designs used on products for sale, but not simply resold as the underlying resource. Inuro Content is generally non-exclusive, so trademark suitability and exclusivity are not guaranteed. Fonts may carry their own licensing conditions and cannot necessarily be extracted or redistributed. Third-party content is offered only to the extent RV Ventures AS has rights to do so. Users remain responsible for rights to independently imported material.
19–25. Classification changes, misuse, relationship to other terms and law
RV Ventures AS may add, remove or reclassify Inuro Content between plans, but later changes do not retroactively invalidate legitimately exported Finished Works. Access may be restricted for serious or repeated misuse, subject to applicable law and the Terms of Service. Nothing transfers ownership of Inuro Content to users or ownership of users’ original work to RV Ventures AS. The Content License supplements the Terms of Service, while the Privacy Policy governs personal-data processing. The License may be updated as Inuro develops, but changes do not retroactively remove rights already granted to legitimate Finished Works unless required by law. Norwegian law governs, without depriving consumers elsewhere of mandatory protections. Contact: RV Ventures AS, Org. no. 938 218 641, Norway, support@inuro.app.
